• Thank you for your participation in the 4th International Test Conference in Asia, the ITC-Asia committee has decided that ITC-Asia 2020 will transit into a physical (on-site) and virtual (on-demand) conference. We will have in-person conference in Taipei and provide overseas attendees an on-demand conference afterwards.

• Virtual registration is only for the oversea paper authors and attendees who are not able to come to Taiwan for participating this conference. All local authors and attendees must register on-site registration.

• For each accepted paper, at least one author must register by Sept. 1, 2020 as “Paper Author" and provide the respective paper ID# and paper title during registration. One registration covers at most one paper.

Tentative Agenda:

• On-line sessions: sessions with "orange" background. Recorded videos for these seeions will be provided one day behind the conference day. That is, the recorded video for sessions A1-C1 and A2-C2 will be ready for watching on Sept. 25, 2020. Sessions B3-B5 and C3-C5 will be ready for watching on Sept. 26, 2020.

• On-Site Paper Author Registration includes: publish one Paper at IEEE Xplore, participate the on-site technical program, access to all online Sessions (video and/or stream) and digital Symposium proceedings, one reception ticket and one banquet ticket. For IEEE/SEMI members, a valid IEEE/SEMI membership is required.

• On-Site Attendee Registration includes: participate the on-site technical program, access to all online Sessions (video and/or stream) and digital Symposium proceedings, one reception ticket and one banquet ticket. For IEEE/SEMI members, a valid IEEE/SEMI membership is required.

• On-Site Student Registration includes: participate the on-site technical program, access to all online Sessions (video and/or stream) and digital Symposium proceedings, one reception ticket and one banquet ticket. For IEEE members, a valid IEEE membership is required.

• Tutorial-only registration does NOT include reception and banquet.

• Payments are processed by Credit Card only (Visa, MasterCard, or JCB) via our secure gateway through Hua Nan Bank. Your credit card statement will show a debit for this charge to "Poetry-Life Professional Conference Organizer".

• Invoice will be provided on-site at the conference for paid registration.

Cancellations Policies:

• Cancellations received by Sept. 1st, 2020: Full refund will apply.

• Cancellations received post Sept. 1st, 2020: NTD 3000 cancellation fee will apply.

• Cancellations received from September 16th, 2020 onwards: No refund will apply.
